Our products have a cosmetic report to ensure they are safe for use and legal for sale.
With any new products for your skin, please check your product ingredients for any allergies.
If you are unsure, always do a small patch test to ensure that you don’t react to any of the ingredients.
If irritation does occur then discontinue use.

HOYONOMADIC Tallow is not vegetarian or vegan,
however it is extremely effective in skincare and close to the synthesis of our skin.
Tallow has been used as skin care for centuries across continents and cultures.
Nomadic culture originated from the need to travel seasonally to nurture and feed much prized and valued cattle.
Every part of the animal was an essential, pure and natural resource.
Derivatives from the herd are rendered to form the tallow that proves so beneficial in our skin care range.
Our Tallow is halal certified, grass fed and ethically sourced.
We may refer to our products as 'food for the skin' or 'skin food' as they contain natural, edible ingredients that are highly nutritious and beneficial to our skin.

Our packaging is minimal and elegant and can be reused or recycled.

Now you can continue shopping or check your cart’s contents, by clicking on the cart icon in the upper right-hand corner.
In the shopping cart’s preview you can see a list of the products you have chosen, together with their quantity and price.
If you want to remove a product from the shopping cart, click on the "x" on the right side of the price. If you want to change the quantity, click on -/+ button next to the quantity. In a short while, the shopping cart will be updated.
4. To continue, click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”.
5. Enter your shipping details by filling in all fields marked with an "*".
Ensure that your data is correct and then select your preferred shipping method.
Under your cart totals you will see a box to add any PROMO CODE. Enter a code to see your new total. If the Promo code does not work please check that promotion's conditions of use.
6.Select your payment method.
7. After you choose your preferred payment method, please click on the “PAY NOW” button.
Your order will be confirmed with an email with your unique order number.
When you place your order you will receive an order confirmation and shipping confirmation email.
Your order number is your reference. Please use this if you need to contact us.
Please contact us promptly if you need to cancel your order as once it's in the hands of our shipping services we cannot accept a cancellation.

HOW DO I USE MY PRODUCT
Avoid contact with eyes and do not apply to broken or irritated skin.
If irritation occurs, rinse immediately and discontinue use.
We recommend conducting a patch test before use.
For external use only.
We recommend you patch test your HOYONOMADIC product.
Reaction is very rare as our products are designed not to irritate but you may have allergies to some ingredients. . .
- Apply the product to a test spot twice daily for seven to 10 days.
Choose a quarter-sized spot on your skin where the product won’t be rubbed or washed away, such as the underside of your arm or the bend of your elbow.
Use the normal amount and thickness you would use as if you were applying the product regularly. - Leave the product on your skin for as long as you would normally.
If you’re testing something that you would usually wash off, like a cleanser, keep it on your skin for five minutes or as long as the instructions say. - If after seven to 10 days you don’t have a skin reaction, such as red, itchy, or swollen skin, go ahead and use the product.
- Keep in mind that some ingredients can irritate your skin,
particularly if your skin is sensitive. This is normal and temporary. - If you develop a skin reaction, gently wash the product off as soon as possible, and don’t use it again.
Wash area and apply a cool compress to relieve your skin.
If your reaction to a product is severe and not relieved with cool wash and compresses you may need to see a dermatologist to help manage your symptoms.
Our creams and balms specify use in their online listing and on the product tin.
Products should be used within 6 months as instructed by their use by date
Our creams and balms should be kept away from direct heat at temperatures lower than 30°
Our products contain natural oils that may naturally separate slightly or change a little in colour over time. To ensure oils are evenly distributed we advise stirring the product before use.
Seasonal temperatures can affect the texture of our product, making it somewhat firmer in winter and softer during the summer months.
Products should be used within 6 months as instructed by their use by date, located on the product box.
