If you need to return any of our products please contact us at info@hoyonomadic.com as soon as possible - at the latest within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number, a clear photograph and a brief explanation for your return.

We are committed to resolving these issues promptly.
We can only accept returns of items that are unopened, unused and in their original condition.
Returns for used or opened items are not eligible for refund.
If we approve your refund request please return the item(s) within 7 days.
Returns shipped later than this date will not be eligible for refund unless the item is faulty or incorrect from the order summary.
Customers are responsible for their own shipping costs.
For your return please package the items carefully, including a note with your contact details and any requests for exchanges.
We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your item is returned safely. We are not responsible for return parcels lost in transit.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if a refund is approved or not.
If approved you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.

The exchange of products is conditional on stock availability. Items are refunded according to the price at which they were bought
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND CUSTOM CHARGES
International customers are responsible for any customs and duty charges incurred in returning orders.
We ship our goods at a 0% tax rate.
Managing customs clearance is the customer's responsibility.
In instances where local import taxes are not settled, leading to the return of the parcel to us, we reserve the right to deduct any cost of recovery from your refund.
Clearly mark your customs declaration as "RETURNED GOODS - NO COMMERCIAL VALUE"
If the parcel is not return to us due to unpaid local import charges a refund will not be applicable.
We recommend using a tracked and insured service and retaining proof of postage.
Returns from U.S.A can take up to 21 days and refunds are processed once we receive and inspect
in line with our standard policy,
EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is being shipped into the European Union you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Unopened, unused and in original packaging. Please include the order number, receipt and proof of purchase with your return package.
European order customers are responsible for return shipping costs which are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to accept or decline your order.
